Jonathon Da Rosa has worked in a variety of roles since 2016. Jonathon began their career at STR8 SPORTS as an Account Specialist, where they managed invoicing of new orders and implemented HubSpot CRM to manage $100k+ weekly order volume. Jonathon also designed promotional email campaigns on Mailchimp and set up landing pages on Shopify to optimize funnel conversion rate. In 2017, they joined Shoe Palace as a Sales Floor Associate, where they consistently hit or exceeded daily/weekly sales goals and built relationships with frequent customers. Jonathon maintained the #1 sales associate position during peak holiday season. In 2021, they began working at Season Share as a Customer Success Lead and Fan Support Specialist, as well as a Warehouse Associate at Shoe Palace.

Jonathon Da Rosa attended California State University-Sacramento from 2015 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies.
