Vanessa Cabrera is an experienced restaurant manager with a strong background in hospitality management and culinary arts. Currently serving as the Restaurant Manager at Seasons 52 since July 2014, Vanessa has previously held roles as Dessert Prep, Foodrunner, and Server. Expertise includes a position as Human Resources Assistant at Hilton Bonnet Creek and Waldorf Astoria from October 2018 to September 2019, and serving at Carrabba's Italian Grill from April 2014 to July 2015. Educational achievements include Bachelor's Degrees in Hospitality Management and Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Central Florida – Rosen College of Hospitality Management, along with Associate's Degrees in Baking and Pastry Management and General Studies from Valencia College.
