Karen Rosengreen currently serves as the Vice President of Medical Services at Seasons Center for Behavioral Health, a position held since June 2022. Prior to this role, Karen held various leadership positions at Psychiatric Medical Care from April 2018 to June 2022, including Provider Relations Director and Customer Relations Director for Integrated Telehealth Partners, as well as Regional Director. Karen's experience also includes serving as Director of Behavioral Health at Genesis Development from June 2015 to April 2018 and NeuroResource Facilitator at the Brain Injury Alliance of Iowa from January 2014 to March 2015. Karen is pursuing a PhD in Behavioral Health at Arizona State University (2021-2024), and holds a Master of Science in Educational Psychology from Purdue Global (2011-2014) and a Bachelor's degree in Child, Adult, and Family Services from Iowa State University (2002-2004).

Seasons Center is a comprehensive Behavioral Health Center offering a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral health services to the people and communities in Northwest Iowa. Seasons is a registered non-profit organization. Behavioral health is an important part of everyone’s life. Seasons provides a safe, confidential setting where people can seek assistance with social, emotional, behavioral and family issues. Seasons seeks to empower people to develop their own skills and confidence in meeting life’s challenges. Behavioral health and physical health go hand-in-hand. Behavioral health can directly impact the personal wellness, job satisfaction, productivity, involvement and overall health of each individual in the community. The health of each community member can affect the wellness and strength of the community as a whole.
