Melanie Bradley has been the General Counsel at Seaspan ULC since December 2019, previously serving as a Partner at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP from August 2003 to December 2019. Melanie also worked as an Adjunct Professor at UBC Law Faculty from 2011 to 2015, teaching the Close Corporation course.
