John Harff

John Harff has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years in the medical industry. John most recently worked as the Director of Medical Education at SeaSpine since November 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director, Professional Education at Surgalign from January 2021 until November 2022. From 2019 to 2021, they held the role of Vice President, Customer Engagement at Symgery.

Before joining Symgery, Harff worked as a Regional Sales Manager at CellRight Technologies from December 2018 to August 2019. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at NuVasive, starting as an Area Business Manager from April 2012 to March 2014 and later transitioning to the role of Senior Manager, Surgeon Education, Clinical Professional Development from March 2014 to April 2019. John was responsible for developing educational content and programs for spine surgeons and managing a sales team.

Harff also gained experience as a Regional Sales Manager at Integra Life Sciences - Extremity and Reconstructive Division from April 2010 to May 2012. John served as the Regional Sales Director at Lanx Spine from October 2009 to April 2010 and as a Branch Manager at Stryker Spine from August 2007 to September 2009. John also held the position of Sales Manager at Stryker Spine from October 2004 to July 2007.

John'searlier roles include Trauma Manager at DePuy Orthopaedics and Sales Manager/Branch Manager at Stryker Howmedica Osteonics/Howmedica.

Throughout their career, Harff has gained experience in medical education, customer engagement, sales management, territory management, and fostering relationships with key opinion leader surgeons.

John Harff attended Barrington High School from 1982 to 1985, after which they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications at Illinois State University from 1985 to 1989.
