Kaylo Greenwell

Kaylo Greenwell has a diverse work experience spanning various HR roles and organizations. Kaylo is currently working at SeaSpine as the Sr. Director of Global HR Operations & Total Rewards. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of HR Operations at SeaSpine. Kaylo was also a Board Member at SDHR Forum.

Before joining SeaSpine, Kaylo served as the Director of HR Technology & Employee Experience at The Arc of San Diego. Kaylo was the HR Operations Manager at Plum Healthcare Group and the HRIS Manager at PIRCH.

In addition, they have experience at Jenny Craig as a Sr. HR & Compensation Analyst and HR & Compensation Analyst. Kaylo also worked as a Compensation Analyst at Welk Resorts.

Kaylo began their career as a Personal Banker at U.S. Bank.

Kaylo Greenwell completed their high school education at Poway High School from 2004 to 2008. After that, they attended Palomar College from 2008 to 2011, earning multiple Associate of Arts degrees in World Languages: Spanish, Arts and Humanities, Business Administration, Science and Mathematics, and Liberal Arts and Sciences. Later, Kaylo pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance at California State University San Marcos from 2011 to 2014. Finally, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management at the University of Southern California from 2017 to 2019.
