Miledys Santiago

Miledys Santiago has extensive experience in quality management and compliance. Miledys currently holds the position of Sr. Director Quality Engineering & Compliance at SeaSpine since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Edwards Lifesciences in various roles, including Director of Quality-Supply Chain, Sr. Manager International Quality-Supply Chain, Sr. Manager of Quality, Sr. Manager of Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance Manager- Laboratories, Quality Manager, Sr. Incoming Supervisor, Laboratory Supervisor, and Quality Operations Supervisor. Throughout their career, Miledys has been responsible for managing quality systems, driving quality improvements, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting audits, managing corrective and preventive actions, and overseeing laboratory operations.

Miledys Santiago pursued their education at the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez. From 1990 to 1994, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Microbiology. Subsequently, they enrolled again at the same university and completed their Master of Science (MS) in Food Science and Technology from 1994 to 1999.
