Vladimir Savchenko obtained a B.Sc. in Applied Physics from Belarusian State University from 1991 to 1994. Vladimir then pursued further education and earned an Ms. Sc. in Applied Physics from the same university between 1994 and 1996. Additionally, Vladimir obtained certifications as a C++ Programmer and a C Programmer from TekMetrics, ID # 55258, in September and August of 1999, respectively.
