Carolina Valles has extensive experience in the automotive industry, notably at SEAT, S.A. since January 2008. Currently serving as the Used Car and Remarketing Manager, Carolina oversees management control, feasibility consulting, and financial risk assessment within the dealership network, while also developing medium-term profitability forecasts and improvement strategies. Previously, Carolina held the position of Sales Area Manager, responsible for achieving sales objectives, marketing initiatives, stock control, and order management. Carolina began her career at SEAT, S.A. as a trainee from October 2006 to October 2007, participating in a year-long training program covering strategic areas such as sales, logistics, production, and finance. Carolina earned a Master of Business Administration from Esade between 2000 and 2005.
