Onur Acar

Onur Acar is an experienced maritime professional with a background in marine engineering, currently serving as Chief Engineer at Zenith Gemi İşletmeciliği A.Ş. since March 2023 and as Marine Safety Consultant at SeaTec since August 2022. Acar has held several Chief Engineer positions across various companies including V.Group, Scorpio Tankers Inc., and Chemfleet, and served as Technical Superintendent at Atlantik Ship Management, where responsibilities included supervising ship maintenance and condition. Acar's educational background includes a degree in Marine Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, completed between 2001 and 2006.
