Alexa Riportella is the current Talent Manager at Seated. Alexa has nearly 6 years of experience in Human Resources and Recruiting. Prior to joining Seated, Alexa held HR roles at 1stdibs.com and KKR & Co. Inc. Alexa also has experience working in Talent Strategy and Coordination from their time at a Fintech Startup. Alexa began their career at PwC as an intern in their Assurance department before being promoted to Assurance Associate, working primarily with clients in the Retail and Consumer industries.

Alexa Riportella has a BS in Accounting and Business/Management from Binghamton University School of Management. Before that, they attended Smithtown High School-West.

Alexa Riportella reports to Julia Kleinsteuber-Walker, Head of People. They are on a team with Erin Hayes - Talent Partner, Whitney Wegner - Office & People Experience Manager, and Thomas Cardosa - Senior People Manager.
