Chad Morin

Chad Morin has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Senior Corporate Counsel at SeatGeek since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Assistant General Counsel and Head of M&A Legal at Thrasio from 2020 to 2023. Chad also worked as an Associate at DLA Piper from 2018 to 2020 and at Proskauer Rose LLP from 2015 to 2018. Before transitioning to the legal field, they gained experience as an Analytics Consultant with the Chicago Blackhawks in 2014 and as a Consultant at CMG Sports in 2013.

Chad Morin completed their education at the University of Chicago Law School from 2013 to 2015, where they earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree with a focus in Law. Prior to that, they attended Harvard University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. In March 2016, Chad obtained a Bar Admission certification from the New York State Bar Association.
