Frank Cebek has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Frank has held various leadership roles in companies such as SeatGeek, Greenhouse Software, CodeSignal, and Feather. At SeatGeek, they were the Senior Director of People and previously served as the Director of Recruiting, overseeing a team of 20 managers, recruiters, and coordinators. Prior to SeatGeek, they held recruitment roles at Managed by Q, Venmo (PayPal), Braintree (PayPal), Tango, and BINC. At Tango, they were a Recruiting Manager and played a key role in shaping the product and engineering recruiting process. During their time at BINC, they worked as a Recruiter consultant and worked with various prominent companies.
