Karan Chhatpar

Karan Chhatpar, CPA has a range of work experience in accounting and finance roles. Karan currently serves as the Accounting Automation Manager at SeatGeek since August 2022. Prior to this, Karan worked as a Senior Accountant at Orchard from November 2020 to August 2022. Karan also has experience at PwC, where they worked as a Core Assurance Senior Associate from January 2020 to October 2020, and as a Core Assurance Associate from September 2017 to January 2020.

In addition, Karan has interned at PwC as a Core Assurance Intern in 2016. Karan also gained experience as a Summer Residence Assistant at New York University in 2015 and as an Accounting Intern at Makovsky in 2015.

Karan's earlier work experience includes a role as a Financial Accounting Intern at Retail Group of America in 2014. Karan was responsible for organizing financial records, utilizing various software programs and platforms.

Prior to their professional career, Karan held positions as a Special Events Manager at Massapequa Public Library from June 2011 to July 2013, and as a Student Progress Administrator at Kumon from July 2011 to August 2012.

Karan Chhatpar, CPA obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from NYU Stern School of Business from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, they hold additional certifications in Digital Acumen and Human-Centered Design acquired from PwC in May 2019 and July 2020 respectively.
