Parul S. has extensive experience in product management, with a focus on data, artificial intelligence (AI), and customer relationship management (CRM). Currently, Parul is the Senior Director of Product Management and Head of Data & AI Products at SeatGeek, where they lead various teams and provide strategic product leadership. Prior to joining SeatGeek, Parul held roles at Compass, OfferUp, eBay, Matisia Consultants, Direct Technology, Microsoft, Atlas Development Corporation, and Spirent Communication, where they drove product strategy, managed cross-functional teams, and launched innovative products and features. Parul's experience spans various industries, including e-commerce, real estate, and technology.

Parul S. has obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. Parul also holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from California State University, Northridge, with a focus on coursework. In addition, Parul has participated in a Conscious leadership development program offered by Pathwise Leadership.
