Marion began their career in 1971 as a Banking Officer at Interfirst (now BankAmerica). Marion then moved to Booz Allen & Hamilton in 1974, where they became a Principal and developed relationships with clients in various industries, including commercial banking, natural gas, oil, basic steel production, consumer durables, transportation, and mortgage banking. In 1982, they joined The Bloom Cos. as EVP/CFO. The Bloom Cos. was an independent media agency that was sold to world media services leader Publicis in 1995. As EVP/CFO of both the US holding company and the operating company, Marion led finance, control, HR, facilities, IT, legal, and board relations. Marion restructured assets, merged companies, and managed the sale of The Bloom Cos. to multinational firm then acquired by Publicis.

In 2000, Marion became CFO of Vistas Unlimited. Marion held this position for 10 years before joining SeatonHill in 2010.

Marion Flores has an MBA in finance from Columbia Business School and a BA in philosophy from Wellesley College.

They are on a team with Eric Marin - Partner, Gene Jones - Partner, and Gary Rostick - Partner. Their manager is John Ball, CEO & Co-Founder.
