Seatrade
Niels van Belzen serves as General Manager for Seatrade Ecuador since September 2020 and concurrently holds the position of General Manager at Agencia Transporte S.A. and Logistics Agency S.A. since July 2023 and January 2021, respectively. With extensive experience in the shipping and logistics sector, Niels previously worked at Vroon as a Charterer (Offshore) and at Manuport Logistics as a Commercial Executive. Niels' earlier roles include Chartering Manager at GreenSea Chartering, focusing on a fleet of specialized reefer vessels, and various positions at Seatrade, including operations and sales responsibilities. Niels started a career in public service with Gemeente Vlissingen and gained practical experience at Thermphos International B.V. Niels holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Logistics from HZ University of Applied Sciences, completed the CORe program at Harvard Business School, and studied Maritime Studies at the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers.
