Kirstin Bayer is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial analysis and management. Since August 2015, Kirstin has served as the Financial Controller at the Seattle Art Museum, overseeing budgets for restricted funds, endowment payouts, and revenue while collaborating with the CFO and other departments on the annual budget. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager at the Emergency Assistance and Food Bank of Valdez, where Kirstin analyzed financials and presented findings to the Board of Directors, and as Senior Accountant and Financial Manager at AccountAbility Outsourcing, managing budgets and cash flow forecasts. Earlier roles as Paralegal/Accountant at Lyons Law Offices and John Seiller, Attorney at Law, involved overseeing office management and financial operations. Kirstin holds an MBA with a focus on accounting and finance from D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, and a BA in English from the University of Puget Sound.
