Harris Baden

Harris Baden, MD, serves as Principal at The Design Care Group since May 2023, focusing on optimizing care experiences within healthcare systems. In addition, Harris Baden holds the position of Senior Medical Advisor at Fidelum Health since July 2023. A longstanding faculty member at the University of Washington - School of Medicine as Professor of Pediatrics, Harris Baden also contributes to Seattle Children's Hospital, where roles include Medical Director of Experience, Chief of Cardiac Critical Care, and Medical Staff President. Previously, Harris Baden served as Institutional Chair for the Pediatric Experience Collaborative from January 2021 to December 2022. Harris Baden earned an MD in Medicine from The University of Texas Medical Branch between 1985 and 1989.
