Jonathan Zhang

Jonathan Zhang has extensive experience in the field of network engineering. Jonathan started their career at Hang Seng Bank in 1995 as a Network Specialist, where they were responsible for installing and configuring software and computer systems. Jonathan also troubleshooted and resolved issues with software or hardware and maintained web security systems. In 2001, they joined Citizens Bank as a Network Engineer, and later became a Senior Network Engineer in 2004. In this role, they had a thorough understanding of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, and network technologies. Jonathan provided support to users of data communications networks and installed equipment for data communications networks. In 2013, they moved to Seattle Credit Union, where they first served as a Network Engineer, responsible for the physical layout, installation, and upgrading of network components. Later, they were promoted to Principal Network Architect and was responsible for analyzing business problems, identifying technical alternatives, and defining specifications for complex solutions.

Jonathan Zhang obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, which they attended from 1991 to 1994.
