Natalie Palmieri-Crosby is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in member service leadership within the credit union industry. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Member Experience at Seattle Credit Union since June 2023, Natalie previously held the position of Vice President of Member Services and Contact Centers at Logix Federal Credit Union from March 2016 to December 2023, and Vice President of Member Services & Member Experience at University Credit Union - Maine for a brief period in 2016. Natalie's background also includes a role as Director of Member Experience at Firefighters First Credit Union, where expertise in member service delivery systems was demonstrated, and as Senior Manager of Member & Provider Services at American Specialty Health, leading a large call center team. Educational credentials include a Certificate in Artificial Intelligence Implications for Business Strategy from MIT Professional Education and a Certificate in International Business from the University of Oxford.
