Ryan McGrady

Ryan McGrady is an accomplished professional in branch operations and management with extensive experience in the credit union sector. Currently serving as the AVP of Branch Operations at Seattle Credit Union since May 2025, Ryan has previously held leadership roles including VP of Operations at Hawaii Community Federal Credit Union from March 2016 to June 2025 and Director of Branch Operations at Yolo Federal Credit Union. Earlier career experience includes the position of Branch Manager at Yolo Federal Credit Union and Front End Supervisor at Costco Wholesale. Ryan holds a Master’s in Business Administration from California State University Monterey Bay and completed education at the Western CUNA Management School from January 2017 to January 2019.
