Abigail Echo-Hawk

Abigail Echo-Hawk is currently the Chief Research Officer at the Seattle Indian Health Board and Director of the Urban Indian Health Institute. Abigail previously worked as the Co-Director of Partnerships for Native Health at Washington State University Spokane. Abigail has experience working with American Indian and Alaska Native tribes to engage them in health disparities research and establish health research projects. Abigail also served as the Chair of the Seattle Women's Commission and as the Co-Director of Civic Roots, a civic engagement program for young adults. Abigail holds a Master's degree in Policy Studies from the University of Washington.
