Ashley Hufford

Ashley Hufford, MLIS, currently serves as the Manager of Digital Assets for the Seattle Kraken, overseeing a digital asset management program that encompasses over 300,000 assets. Duties include stakeholder engagement to enhance user experience and metadata refinement, as well as coordinating a high volume of content requests. Prior experience includes a tenure at Amazon where Ashley led the strategy and implementation of a new digital asset management system for Amazon Publishing, managing taxonomies, metadata, and a significant migration of assets. Ashley's earlier roles include visual asset management coordination at Allied Vaughn and digital content support for multiple clients, alongside an internship with Quicken Loans. Ashley holds a Master of Library & Information Science from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Michigan State University.
