Tyler Durrell

Tyler Durrell currently serves as the Archtics Director for Ticket Operations at the Seattle Kraken and Climate Pledge Arena, a position held since August 2019, following roles as Archtics Manager and Senior Coordinator in the same department. Prior experience includes a Ticket Operations Supervisor role at Sonoma Raceway and a Client Support Specialist position at Ticketmaster, where Tyler assisted a variety of clients and provided training on Ticketmaster products. Additional experience encompasses ticketing and customer service roles with teams such as the Oakland Athletics, San Francisco Bulls, and Oakland Raiders, along with involvement in the PAC-12 Conference and Sharks Sports and Entertainment. Tyler holds a Master's degree in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor's degree in Economic Geography from the University of Washington.
