Norm Tonina

Norm Tonina serves as the President of the Board of Directors for First Fed Foundation since July 2017, committed to enhancing community life through public and charitable services. Norm also holds a position on the Board of Directors at First Fed and serves as Adjunct Faculty in the Industrial and Organizational Psychology Graduate Program at Seattle Pacific University. Previous leadership roles include Chairman of the Fort Worden Public Development Authority and Treasurer, as well as Advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors at Grameen Foundation, where strategic projects focused on talent management and organizational effectiveness. Norm's extensive career in Human Resources includes senior positions at Microsoft Corporation and Digital Equipment Corporation. Educational credentials include a BA in Finance from Northeastern University and a Master's in Organization Psychology from Antioch University Seattle.
