Charles Wesley

Charles Wesley currently serves as the Library Technology Officer at The Seattle Public Library, where responsibilities include developing and maintaining a technology infrastructure that aligns with the library's vision and strategies. Previously, Charles held various roles within the library, including Interim Assistant Director of Collections and Access and Library Applications and Systems Manager. Prior experience includes significant positions at the City of Bellevue, University of Washington, and WSIPC, where Charles demonstrated leadership in application development, project management, and enterprise system support. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Seattle University and an Executive Master of Public Administration from the Evans School of Public Policy & Governance at the University of Washington.
