Joanne D. Cobb, PMP, CSM, OCM, currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at Seattle Public Schools since June 2019. Prior experience includes roles such as IT Project Manager and Change Manager at Northwest Seaport Alliance, where Joanne managed the transition of the Property Portfolio and coordinated key application upgrades. At Jack Henry & Associates, Joanne led a Financial Lending Team, conducting business gap analysis and ensuring stakeholder engagement. As Senior Project Manager at the University of Washington, Joanne directed a project team of over 70 resources to implement an OCM initiative for Grant system workflow and facilitated the university's first Lean OCM project.
