Justin Rosenberg

Justin Rosenberg has extensive experience in the sports and retail industries, currently holding a position in Ballpark Operations with the Seattle Mariners since March 2025, while also serving as a Crew Member at Trader Joe's and a Seasonal Sales Associate with the Seattle Seahawks. Prior to these roles, Justin served as an Area Captain with the Seattle Mariners from August 2021 to October 2024, where strong communication and leadership were essential in enhancing guest experiences at T-Mobile Park. Justin's retail expertise includes positions as Assistant Manager at J.Crew and Madewell, and Keyholder roles at Levi Strauss & Co. and Ralph Lauren, leading teams and driving sales while maintaining high standards. Justin also contributed as Volunteer Staff for Major League Baseball during the 2016 and 2018 All-Star Games and holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Moorpark College.
