Gisselle Pichardo

Gisselle Pichardo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Gisselle started in 2013 as a self-employed Marketing & Communications Specialist with a focus on strategic planning. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Co-Host for the Actitud Latina TV Show and as a Morning Show Radio Host for the Conexión Contigo Radio Show.

In 2015, Pichardo joined the New York Life Insurance Company as an Agent, where they analyzed clients' financial situations and needs to recommend suitable solutions. Simultaneously, they served as the Communications & Media Coordinator for the Seattle Latino Film Festival from 2015 to 2019, managing event logistics, PR, and communication planning.

From 2017 to 2022, Pichardo worked as an Advanced Marketing Program Instructor for Ventures on a contract basis. In 2018, they also took on the role of Director of Social Media/ Public Relations for Seattle ALPFA, designing and implementing marketing strategies to cultivate relationships with media and other organizations.

Pichardo joined Salem Media Group in 2018 and held several roles there until 2022. Gisselle was involved in marketing campaigns, talent coordination, and serving as the On Air Radio Host/Production Director for Radio Luz Seattle. In their most recent position, starting in 2022, Pichardo became the Communications Manager for the Seattle Sounders FC, where they lead the drafting and creation of various written assets, manages relationships with media and community stakeholders, and contributes to overall brand value and social impact.

Gisselle Pichardo earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Universidad APEC, which they attended from 2002 to 2008. In 2003, they also completed a Voiceover Talent/Master of Ceremonies program at Escuela Nacional de Locución Otto Rivera. More recently, in 2014, they participated in the Business Certificate Program at the University of Washington, Michael G. Foster School of Business, focusing on Business Administration and Management, General.
