Nicholaus Biela

Nicholaus Biela has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Nicholaus has been involved with the Seattle Sounders FC since 2017, initially as an Alliance Council Member and later serving on the Executive Committee. In their roles, they worked closely with the Front Office on numerous initiatives to enhance the fan experience and uphold the principles of Democracy in Sports.

Biela also worked at Ignition as a Customer Success Manager from September 2019 to January 2023. Prior to that, they were with Greystar as a Senior Community Manager from July 2016 to August 2019, and as a Community Manager from February 2015 to July 2016. Before their time with Greystar, they worked at Riverstone Residential Group as a Property Manager from June 2013 to February 2015, and as an Accounts Payable Associate from August 2011 to June 2013.

During their earlier career, Biela held various positions in different companies. Nicholaus served as an Audiovisual Technician at Compass Group North America from November 2009 to November 2010, and as an Audiovisual Installation Technician at The Whitlock Group from August 2008 to October 2009. Nicholaus also worked at Starbucks Coffee Company as an Assistant Manager from October 2006 to August 2008, and as a Shift Supervisor from November 2001 to October 2006. Biela began their career as a Store Manager at United Refining Company from January 1999 to August 2001.
