Tommy Glanton, LCSW has a diverse work experience in the mental health and nonprofit sector. Tommy most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer at SeaView, starting in August 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of Chief Clinical Officer at SeaView from December 2017 to July 2021. Before joining SeaView, Tommy worked at Shadow Mountain Recovery, where they were the Vice President Client Care from July 2016 to November 2017 and the Regional Clinical Director for New Mexico from August 2013 to July 2016. Tommy also served as the Grants Manager at ARVets Inc. from October 2011 to May 2014. Additionally, Tommy worked at the Alzheimer's Association as the Regional Director from February 2010 to October 2011 and at the Arkansas Hospice Foundation as the Assistant Director of Development for Corporations and Foundations from October 2007 to January 2010.
Tommy Glanton, LCSW, obtained a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Social Work from New Mexico Highlands University. Tommy attended the university from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, Tommy Glanton completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where they studied from 1999 to 2005.

SeaView is a non-profit behavioral health organization providing mental health and substance use disorder treatments. SeaView is led by a team of professionals who are passionate about access to mental health care, freedom from addiction, and building healthy families. We employ a staff of over 50 professionals, including a psychiatrist, nurses, master’s-level clinicians, social workers, case managers, behavioral health technicians, and administrative and support staff. Our mission is achieved by regularly assessing the needs of the community and providing a full continuum of care. SeaView’s services include crisis, residential, and outpatient programs, all designed to improve the lives of our families, friends and neighbors.
