Floris van de Zande

Floris van de Zande is a Project Engineer at Seaway7, focusing on CPS scope since November 2022. Concurrently, Floris is a freelancer in offshore wind projects through Van de Zande Project Engineering & Management. Prior experience includes serving as Marine Operations Manager for Boskalis Offshore Energy, overseeing FPSO operations in Kakinada, India. Floris has a strong background with Boskalis, from 2011 to 2022, managing offshore cable works on significant projects such as Dolwin6, Hornsea, and Borssele. Earlier roles include project engineering and research, with a focus on sustainable solutions in collaboration with international institutions. Floris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from De Haagse Hogeschool and a Pre-master degree from Delft University of Technology.
