Jackie Plaza

Jackie Plaza currently serves as Vice President of Marketing at SeaWorld, starting in May 2024. Previously, Jackie held the role of Director of Marketing and Communications at Fairmont Century Plaza from November 2021 to May 2024, where efforts led to exceeding performance benchmarks following the hotel’s grand opening. Jackie has extensive experience in marketing, having managed diverse campaigns and communications at The Taubman Company, Modern Animal, and Caruso Affiliated. Additionally, Jackie held leadership positions at Michelman & Robinson, LLP, and the Laugh Factory, showcasing a strong background in public relations, brand strategy, and community engagement. Jackie Plaza earned a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University.
