Martina Nordenson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Martina began their career as a Head Cashier at Inditex, where they worked part-time and full-time for two years. Martina then moved on to work as a Sales Assistant at Minomin AB, where they gained experience in customer service and ordering goods. Martina also worked as a President of the Election Committee at Malmö Nation, an organization with 2500 members, where they were responsible for organizing elections.

In 2013, Martina worked as an Executive Officer at the Swedish Migration Board, Dublin Unit, where they handled migration cases and had contact with European member states. Martina also worked as a Summer Internship Task Force at EF Education First in 2014.

Martina's experience in the field of IT and organizational change began in 2015 when they participated in the SEB International Trainee Program. Martina then worked as an Agile Change Leader, leading and coaching change initiatives within SEB to improve IT deliveries and way of working. Martina also served as a Change Lead at ISD Information, leading organizational change and digital transformation within SEB's Information unit.

From 2018 to 2020, Martina worked at SEBx, a strategic initiative founded by SEB Group, where they served as a Digital Explorer, exploring new technologies and customer offerings. Martina later became the Chief People & Organization Officer at SEBx, where they headed the Talent and Organization function, with responsibilities spanning recruitment, retention, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and employer branding.

In 2021, Martina briefly worked as the COO & Co-head at UNQUO. Currently, they hold the position of Chief People & Organization Officer at SEB Embedded, where they are responsible for the People & Organization function.
