Mateusz Wysocki is an experienced engineering manager with a comprehensive background in software development, project management, and team leadership across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at SEB Embedded since September 2022, Mateusz has been instrumental in establishing HR processes in Poland, driving product development, and facilitating Agile methodologies.
