Arnolds Čulkstēns

Arnolds Culkstens is an experienced professional in the finance and insurance sectors, currently serving as the Chairman of the Board at SEB Life and Pension Baltic SE since December 2019. Culkstens has held various supervisory roles, including membership on the Supervisory Boards of SEB Investiciju Valdymas, SEB Asset Management, SEB Varahaldus, and SEB Dzivibas apdrosinasana since 2014 and 2011, respectively. As Head of the SEB Life and Pensions Baltic Business Area, Culkstens has overseen significant operations since August 2013. Previous leadership positions include CEO at SEB TRYGG LIV HOLDING AB Riga branch, where Culkstens also contributed as Head of Business Development and Control and Finance Director. Academic qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Economics from Rīgas Ekonomikas augstskola and a CAMS certification from ACAMS.
