Catherine Dufour is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer care management, logistics, and supply chain optimization. Currently serving as the Group Customer Care Performance Manager at Groupe since May 2018, Catherine is responsible for leading the transformation of customer care globally and has implemented business intelligence tools such as Qlik Sense and AWS.
