Catherine Dufour

Catherine Dufour is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer care management, logistics, and supply chain optimization. Currently serving as the Group Customer Care Performance Manager at Groupe since May 2018, Catherine is responsible for leading the transformation of customer care globally and has implemented business intelligence tools such as Qlik Sense and AWS. Previously, as an entrepreneur and manager at Mon Jardin en ligne, Catherine developed a business focused on online garden design for private clients and landscaping companies. Catherine's earlier career at Blédina spanned multiple roles, including Supply Chain Manager and SAP Sales Domain Leader, where successful implementations and process animations were achieved. Additionally, Catherine has experience in project control at Bechtel and logistics management at Decathlon France. Catherine holds a general engineering degree from HEI and has pursued further education in change management and landscape design.
