Mehdi Guebbache

Mehdi Guebbache is a project manager specializing in new processes development at Groupe SEB since September 2022, focusing on the industrialization of innovative cookware technologies. Prior experience includes multiple roles as an industrial performance manager within Groupe SEB, encompassing comprehensive diagnosis of production sites, implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, and change management programs. Previously, Mehdi worked at Valeo, first as a junior buyer responsible for enhancing productivity and managing purchasing KPIs, and then as an indirect buyer handling contract management and database oversight. Mehdi began career training at Groupe SEB as a process technician intern, contributing to the implementation of an automated assembly line. Academic qualifications include a Master in Engineering from ECAM Louis de Broglie and a DUT in Mechanical and Product Engineering from IUT de Rennes.
