Natalia Cibotari is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial performance analysis and internal auditing. Currently serving as a Finance Transformation Project Manager at Groupe SEB since January 2022, Natalia previously held several key roles at Rexel, including Group FP&A for the Northern Central Eastern Europe Zone, where responsibilities encompassed financial performance analysis and budget evaluation. During Natalia's tenure as Group Senior Internal Auditor and Group Internal Auditor, duties involved the preparation and management of audit assignments, as well as providing recommendations to enhance financial and operational processes. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Financial Auditor at BDO France, focusing on statutory audits and compliance with various accounting standards, and a junior auditor role at Grant-Thornton France. Natalia holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Auditing from IAE Dijon, along with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the same institution.
