Carl Gustavsson

Carl Gustavsson currently serves as Investment Manager, Private Equity at SEB, a position held since March 2020, following earlier roles as Investment Associate and Investment Analyst within the same department. In addition to the role at SEB, Carl holds board member positions at Better Jusage, Worldfavor, and Smedbo AB. Previously, Carl gained experience in investment banking at Pareto Securities, where responsibilities included IPOs and private placements, and completed a corporate finance internship at Carnegie Investment Bank focused on valuation and financial modelling. Achievements include winning the CFA Research Challenge Sweden while with the CFA Institute and an investment internship at Cliens Kapitalförvaltning. Carl holds a Master’s degree in Business & Economics with a specialization in Finance from Linköping University.
