Mats Axelsson

Mats Axelsson has extensive experience in the forestry and agricultural sectors, currently serving as a Produktspecialist for forestry and landowners at SEB since May 2017, while also holding the role of Distrikstansvarig for the same sector. Prior to SEB, Mats worked at Swedbank for nearly nine years as Regionansvarig for forestry and agriculture, and at Länsförsäkringar as Skogs & lantbruksansvarig. The professional journey began at Skogsällskapet as a Kundekonom, and included a research position at SLU - Sveriges lantbruksuniversitet. Mats holds a Civilekonom degree from Umeå University and has additional qualifications in forestry technology and agricultural education from various institutions, including SLU and KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
