Mattias Gyllby

Mattias Gyllby is an experienced professional in learning management and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of Learning Management and Chief Product Owner at SEB from August 2021 to April 2024. In this role, Mattias is responsible for setting the strategic plan for the learning function, overseeing the development of the Learning Management System, and implementing global learning processes. Previously, Mattias worked as the Digital Learning Lead and Product Owner Advisory at SEB, focusing on the strategic planning of the learning curriculum. With a substantial background at SJ AB as HR Manager for Learning and Development, Mattias drove the educational development in alignment with the company's strategy. Additional roles include various positions at NSB, emphasizing learning and development, as well as recent qualifications in AI in the financial industry and organizational learning from IMD.
