Nina Korfu-Pedersen

Nina Korfu-Pedersen is the current head of Business Support & Operations at SEB. Nina has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, working with companies such as PA Consulting, If P&C Insurance, and the Ministry of Defence Research Institute. Nina has a wealth of knowledge in areas such as change management, restructuring initiatives, process redesign, performance management, and corporate & business unit strategy development. Throughout their career, Nina has been recognized as an expert in their field, and they have been instrumental in helping their clients achieve their goals.

Nina Korfu-Pedersen's educational career consists of a Master of Business & Economics from BI Norwegian Business School and a Master of Arts in International Studies from the University of Reading. Her field of study is international business and international politics.

Nina Korfu-Pedersen reports to Johan Torgeby, President & CEO. They are on a team with Mats Holmström - Chief Risk Officer, Nicholas Moch - Head of Information, Strategy and Architecture, and John Turesson - Country Manager SEB Norway.
