Per Lindberg is currently the Chief Scrum Master (RTE) and Portfolio Manager at SEB, where they focus on maximizing the potential of their Agile Team. Previously, they served as a Scrum Master and Team Lead at PostNord, and held various roles including Business Release Manager and Product Owner at Vattenfall from 2012 to 2014. Per holds a degree in Maskinteknik from Luleå tekniska universitet, which they completed in 1991. Passionate about Agile methodologies, Per is also a SAFE SPC and Agile coach dedicated to fostering team success.
