Sahand Javidi

Sahand Javidi, a seasoned professional at SEB since August 2011, has held multiple significant roles including Business Developer, Portfolio Analyst, and Project Lead, focusing on business development for blockchain solutions and conducting portfolio analyses within the Derivatives Clearing Business. Sahand has acted as Head of Risk and Valuation Services, overseeing a team of quantitative analysts and ensuring the delivery of critical risk, valuation, and ESG reports to clients. This role also involved leading the EiB digital Green Bond project, which successfully launched a blockchain-based bond framework in collaboration with Credit Agricole. Additionally, responsibilities included managing risk, compliance, and regulatory capital for the clearing business and acting as Head of IT Development. Prior to SEB, Sahand was a Stocks & Commodity Broker at Swaretz & Partner Brokerage. Sahand holds a Master's degree in Economics from Linköping University, completed in 2009.
