Minali Bhawsar is an experienced marketing and sales professional with a proven track record spanning over a decade in organized trade sales management. Currently serving as Senior GM and Head of Commercial Excellence & Trade Marketing at Sebamed India since January 2021, Minali has led key agendas in trade and shopper marketing, also assuming the role of GT Head Sales for India. Previous roles include Head of Modern Trade & Ecommerce at Mars, where Minali focused on sales capability across all channels and managed strategic accounts such as Future Group and Walmart. Minali's career also includes impactful positions at PepsiCo and UB Group, where notable achievements include substantial market share gains and recognition through prestigious awards. Minali holds a Leadership Program certification from the Indian School of Business and a PGDBM in Marketing from Goa Institute of Management.
