Prior roles include Organizational Development and Training Manager at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts, Graduate Faculty at Western International University, and Lead Statistics and Research Methods Curriculum Developer at Pearson. Jeremy's entrepreneurial background includes founding and serving as CEO of DFF Supply and holding a managerial position at All American Foods. Academic credentials include a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and an MS in Organization and Management from Capella University, as well as a BA in Psychology and Business from Penn State University.
