Lucas Guimarães

Lucas Guimarães is an experienced professional with a strong background in public administration and consultancy. Currently serving as Ouvidor Geral for the Prefeitura Municipal de Teresópolis since June 2018, responsibilities include managing the Municipal Ombudsman System and overseeing various programs related to digital commerce and purchasing. Previous roles within the Prefeitura also encompassed positions such as Secretário Municipal de Trabalho, Emprego e Economia Solidária and Secretário Municipal de Administração. In addition to public service, Lucas Guimarães has extensive consultancy experience with Sebrae/RJ and Sebrae no Pará, focusing on governmental procurement, bureaucracy reduction, and support for micro and small enterprises. Founding partner of Gestão Assistida Empresarial, and active in the Sindicato dos Administradores, Lucas holds an Administration degree from Centro Universitário Serra dos Órgãos and is pursuing a specialization in Project Management at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
