Martin Navratil has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Martin started their career as a Lektor at Qiqihar University in 2005. Martin then worked as a Vortragender at Knappenhof, where they provided education and training at driving schools as part of a EU project. In 2007, they became a Promotor for Hewlett-Packard at Unicom-Top Promotions.
From 2009 to 2010, Martin worked as a Software Quality Assurance/Support at NETAVIS Software GmbH. During this time, they also held the position of Software Qualitätsicherung/PM Assistenz at X+O Business Solutions GmbH, where they were responsible for testing project management software and coordinating an EU project.
In 2012, Martin joined twinformatics GmbH (formerly BIAC, a subsidiary of VIG) as a Partner & Contract Management. Within this role, they were also a Project Office Expert, supporting program management tasks and organizing meetings. Martin remained with the company until February 2018.
